At United Consulting, our team is made up of entrepreneurs, operators, and specialists who understand the realities of doing business in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
We’re based in Saigon (HCMC) but come from diverse backgrounds, and share a practical, hands-on approach. Whether it’s launching a new venture or solving operational challenges, we bring real-world experience—not just theory.

General Manager
With over 20 years of experience in key account management across China, Hong Kong, and SEA, Ian has strong experience in managing sales teams, and project management. He has hands on experience in setting up trading companies, sales offices, tech startups, and Food/Bev. Fluent in Chinese, English, Filipino, with some Spanish, Ian holds an MBA from Duke University. In his spare time he plays Gaelic Football.
Chief Consultant - Operations and BPO
With over a decade of experience managing data for international law firms, Saki brings deep expertise in operations and system building. Saki spent time in China, holds an MBA from De La Salle University, CPM/PMP from the Asian Institute of Management, along with first hand experience in Food/Bev entrepreneurship. He speaks English, Filipino, and Chinese, and enjoys hitting the gym.
Operations Manager
With over five years in customer service, Jinny has a talent for leading teams and solving problems quickly. She’s worked across banking and insurance, managing customer services teams and helping clients solve complex issues. Jinny speaks English, Vietnamese, and some Chinese. In her free time she enjoys staying active with badminton.
Chief Consultant - Finance and Accounting
With over a decade of experience in both traditional finance and digital assets, Harry now manages his own financial services firm. He’s advised nearly 15 startups through Seed to Series A fundraising, and has held leadership roles at several multinationals. Harry earned his MBA from CFVG, and has an MPP from Fulbright University. He speaks Vietnamese and English, and hosts the “09 Su Show” podcast on OnMic.
Chief Consultant - AI and Machine Learning
Accounting Specialist
With a strong background in auditing and tax, Lien supports clients with accounting, tax preparation, and financial administration. She has experience with KPMG Vietnam, where she worked across accounting, tax support, coordination, and compliance tasks. Lien studied Auditing at the University of Economics in Danang, and is known for being detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player. She speaks English and Vietnamese.
Chief Consultant - HKG and China Services
With over 20 years of experience across corporate services, business development, and brand consultancy, Jan helps SMEs and international companies expand across Hong Kong, Greater China, and APAC. Jan studied Business Studies at City University of Hong Kong, speaks Cantonese, Chinese, and English, and brings a practical, cross-border view to helping clients grow with proper structure and compliance.

Originally from Canada, Garett has spent over 20 years in China, Singapore, and Vietnam. With experience as a broker, owner of a employee benefits tech startup, and top management for multinational insurers, he helps businesses get smarter about way to keep their people happy. He speaks English and some Chinese, and enjoys hosting networking events.
