Ian Robin Comandao
General Manager
With over 20 years of experience in key account management across China, Hong Kong, and SEA, Ian has strong experience in managing sales teams, and project management. He has hands on experience in setting up trading companies, sales offices, tech startups, and Food/Bev. Fluent in Chinese, English, Filipino, with some Spanish, Ian holds an MBA from Duke University. In his spare time he plays Gaelic Football.
Isaac Robert Comandao
Chief Consultant - Operations and BPO
With over a decade of experience managing data for international law firms, Saki brings deep expertise in operations and system building. Saki spent time in China, holds an MBA from De La Salle University, CPM/PMP from the Asian Institute of Management, along with first hand experience in Food/Bev entrepreneurship. He speaks English, Filipino, and Chinese, and enjoys hitting the gym.
Tai Tran
Key Accounts Manager
With a strong background in recruitment and operations, Tai drives growth for Vietnam and makes things run smoothly for clients. Tai went to high school in Boston, earned his degree from RMIT Vietnam, and has owned an Food/Bev establishment. He speaks English and Vietnamese, and is an avid badminton player.
Jinny Nguyen
Operations Manager
With over five years in customer service, Jinny has a talent for leading teams and solving problems quickly. She’s worked across banking and insurance, managing customer services teams and helping clients solve complex issues. Jinny speaks English, Vietnamese, and some Chinese. In her free time she enjoys staying active with badminton.
Garett James Lee
Chief Consultant - Employee Benefits
Originally from Canada, Garett has spent over 20 years in China, Singapore, and Vietnam. With experience as a broker, owner of a employee benefits tech startup, and top management for multinational insurers, he helps businesses get smarter about way to keep their people happy. He speaks English and some Chinese, and enjoys hosting networking events.
Katrina Aguila
Chief Legal Advisor
Kat brings over a decade of cross-border legal expertise to the team. A Philippine-qualified attorney and licensed foreign lawyer in Vietnam, she’s worked with top-tier firms, the Supreme Court of the Philippines, in government advisory roles, and as a university lecturer. Fluent in English, Filipino, with working Spanish, and some Chinese, she enjoys travel, and staying active at the gym.
